MANUP? at Inspire Suffolk, Ipswich
MANUP? will be in Ipswich as part of a wellbeing event for fostering and kinship carers across Suffolk.

The MANUP? Hour – Thursday 22 January 2026
Late January can hit harder than people admit. The excitement of the new year has worn off, the pressure to reinvent yourself has faded, and the reality of normal life returns with a thud. Money is tight, days are dark, and plenty of men feel flat, restless or fed up without any obvious reason. That is exactly why The MANUP? Hour is running again.
Blue Monday? Or Just Another Monday @ Liverpool Street Station
Every January we are told that Blue Monday is the most depressing day of the year. The reality is less dramatic and more uncomfortable. Blue Monday is a marketing concept, not a medical or psychological fact.
The MANUP? Hour – Thursday 8 January 2026
January hits differently for a lot of men. The pressure of the new year creeps in, routines still feel off, and everyone around you seems obsessed with resolutions, diets, gym memberships and pretending they have life sorted for the next twelve months.
