This session is open to anyone who genuinely wants to understand why so many men stay silent, even when life is falling apart behind the scenes. We keep hearing that men should talk more, but the reality is far more complicated. Men do talk, but only when the person listening actually knows what to look for.

On 14 October 2026, MANUP? will be joining the Ministry of Defence Defence Mental Health & Wellbeing Network Connect Conference for a virtual session with staff from across the MOD.
The session has been arranged following an invitation from the conference organisers, who wanted MANUP? to share more about the charity, why it was created, and what we've learnt from working with thousands of men over the years.

MANUP? will be in Ipswich as part of a wellbeing event for fostering and kinship carers across Suffolk.
This is not a traditional stall-style setup. We are there for one reason. To engage men properly, have real conversations, and capture honest video content that reflects something we know to be true. Men do talk, when the conditions are right.
