Upcoming events.
At MANUP?, we are committed to making a significant impact on men’s mental health through a variety of events.
Here, you can find information about the events we fund, participate in, and collaborate on with other organisations. Each event is an opportunity to connect, learn, and make strides in addressing mental health challenges faced by men.

MANUP? Mountain – Wales
Switch off. Reset. Breathe.
