This will be our second MANUP? Mountain this year, and we’re planning three more in 2026 across the UK. Why? Because it works. No overpriced yoga weekends. No guru in a gilet. Just proper blokes, under canvas, getting a break from the noise.

Some men show up needing answers. Some want to get out of the house. All of them leave with something new, even if it’s just fresh air and a clearer head.

We walk. We eat. We may sit around a fire. We don’t overcomplicate it. You can talk or you can keep to yourself. But you’ll be alongside other men who get it.
