MANUP? Mountain 2026

We’re doing things a bit differently this year.

Instead of listing one trip at a time, below are the planned dates and rough regions for our 2026 MANUP? Mountain weekends. We’re not sharing exact spots yet because it’s not about where we go. It’s about who comes along and what you get out of it.

Every trip has the same idea behind it: getting a group of men together to switch off, laugh, and breathe again.

We’ve had blokes helping each other out with life stuff, but don’t mistake this for some sit-in-a-circle therapy weekend. If you want to talk, talk. If you just want to join in and clear your head, do that.

You can expect a bit of axe throwing, archery, wild swimming, and maybe some bushcraft depending on the weekend. But really, it’s about being outdoors, doing something real, and getting some space from the noise.

  • "My husband has just got back from your weekend of camping, and I wanted you to know the impact it has is amazing. He has been struggling with his mental health for a few years now and finding you guys and going on your camps has really benefited him"

    — Catherine

  • "Fantastic time. Always come away from these weekends feeling calmer, and despite being tired, I feel energised"

    — Graham

  • "I went to one in the near winter, it was freezing & damp, and I’ve never camped before. I nearly pulled out due to my anxiety, I’m glad I didn’t, honestly, my outlook on myself has changed"

    — Craig

  • "Carried a few personal bits up Jacobs Ladder with me and anxiety and self doubt hit me but I wasn't not completing this, I was determined to hit all 3 trigs and so felt accomplished and pleased with myself when I did"

    — Darren

  • "I went to the camp, thinking that I’d be some sort of weak link from the men I’d never met before but I was wrong, they say throughout that no one gets left behind and that doesn’t mean the hike, it means mentally as well, I learnt more about myself in two days than 24 years of being alive"

    — Gary

How It Works

Add your email below and we’ll contact you once applications open.

Places are limited and run on a first-come, first-served basis once your application has been approved.

You must:

  • Be a man and over 18

  • Be able to walk 5–10 miles without issue

  • Bring your own tent and hiking kit

  • Get yourself to the location

We’ll handle the rest, including food and drinks (unless we say otherwise).

  • You cannot bring pets.

  • These are not retreats.

  • These are weekends for blokes who need a break, not a binge.
