We’re heading to Jaywick – not with a lecture, but with a mic and a camera.
Dan and Jack will be spending the day speaking with men in the area, capturing honest conversations about life, pressure, pride and struggle. Jaywick is often labelled one of the “poorest places in the UK” – but the reality is more than headlines.
What we’ve seen in Jaywick is this: the men might not have much, but they’ve got each other.
We’ve never had a bad conversation there. Never met a man who wasn’t willing to talk when given the space.
This isn’t a campaign. This isn’t staged.
It’s just us, turning up to listen.
We believe men do talk.
They just need to be met without judgement, without an agenda, and without someone trying to fix them on the spot.
The footage will be used to continue our mission – to show the public, the press and the professionals that silence isn't the problem. It's how people respond when men finally speak.
Follow us for updates as we hit Jaywick.
