Switch off. Reset. Breathe.
This isn’t a retreat or a bootcamp. MANUP? Mountain is a weekend for men to step away from everything, pitch up a tent, and clear their heads with a proper group of blokes.
Some talk, some don’t. That’s fine. There’s no pressure, no therapy circles, just space to breathe and a bit of adventure.
We’ll be somewhere in the Peak District. The exact location stays under wraps until nearer the time, but you can expect hills, rocks, mud, laughs, and food that hits the spot after a long day out.
Over the weekend, we might mix wild swimming, bushcraft, navigation, axe throwing, and archery. Nothing’s forced and nothing’s a competition; it’s just about switching off, trying something different, and enjoying the company.
You’ll need your own tent and camping gear. Food and drinks are provided unless we say otherwise.
