These men-only group sessions are designed to give men space to slow down and actually look at what is going on for them, without pressure, labels, or forced talking.
This session focuses on needs. Many men struggle to identify what they actually need, let alone ask for it. Instead, stress, frustration, or withdrawal often take its place.
This session will explore how unmet needs show up in everyday life, work, relationships, and mental health. It is practical, grounded, and aimed at helping men recognise patterns rather than judge themselves for them.

We ask men to commit to the full 8-week programme, as consistency matters. That said, life happens. We will not be policing attendance and will turn a blind eye to occasional pop-ins.
