MANUP? THERAPY SESSION 3: CONFIDENCE, ARROGANCE & ANXIETY

  • MANUP? Crockatt Road Ipswich, England, IP7 6RH United Kingdom (map)

Session three of MANUP? Therapy's cost-free, 12-week series beckons any man looking to balance the scales between humility and self-assurance. On the 8th of May 2024, between 18:15 and 19:15, we delve into 'Confidence, Arrogance & Anxiety', navigating the fine lines that define and divide them.

Under the guidance of James Elliott (MSc), you will explore the roots of confidence, the trappings of arrogance, and the grip of anxiety. This session is designed not just as a lecture but as a workshop in which you are both student and teacher, sharing and gaining insights in equal measure.

As with all MANUP? Therapy sessions, the setting respects your autonomy—real names and cameras are not required, reinforcing a space where authenticity thrives in anonymity. Group dialogue is encouraged, forging a collective wisdom that underscores that no man is an island.

After this session, you’ll leave with a clearer distinction between healthy self-esteem and overconfidence, and an understanding of how to channel anxiety into positive outcomes. Join us as we uncover the underpinnings of these emotional states, contributing to a well-rounded, assertive, and serene male identity.
