“Overall, this networking event provided many thought-provoking moments, honest experiences and actionable steps for business leaders to take back into the workspace” - Ben Driver
"We have overcomplicated the conversation about mental health! I know what needs to be changed" - Robert F

Work plays a vital role in our lives. Working is where we spend most of our time, earn income, and make friends; however, a fulfilling job can also benefit everyone's mental health!

MANUP? has invited four industry leaders to participate in this event in 2023! Last year, we could hear a pin drop, business leaders sharing paper & notepads running out they're going out of fashion!

During our discussion, we will examine how they maintain employee wellness and mental health and what 'return on investment' they feel they achieve.

Good mental health and effective management are mutually beneficial, and workplaces with high mental well-being are more productive.

We aim to achieve the following with fellow business owners, managers and industry leaders.

  • Have an idea of how to manage your mental health at work

  • See what others are doing; some of last year's simple actions may have surprised you.

  • Consider how you can work with others to improve mental health in your workplace.

  • This event is a great place to get ideas about mental health at work.

Due to the cost of living, we have requested £5.50 per ticket to help cover drinks, snacks and other costs we didn't have last year! You will need to book a ticket via EventBrite

Plenty of parking is within 3 minutes walking distance of the venue, located inside Ipswich Corn Exchange.
