Therapy & Mental Health Sessions

MEN ONLY

How the sessions work: Each session focuses on a different aspect of men's mental health, helping you understand why you might be feeling the way you do and offering practical ideas you can apply in everyday life. Every session is led by a highly qualified therapist or mental health practitioner, alongside the MANUP? team. There's no pressure to speak; you're welcome to listen, ask questions or join the discussion if and when you feel comfortable.

Duration: Each session lasts 1 hour and takes place via Zoom. You'll be redirected to the Zoom meeting after signing up, and we'll also email you the link the day before the session.

Cost: Free of charge to any bloke.

When: Every Thursday, 18:15–19:15.

Please note: If Zoom displays a message saying "This is an old meeting", don't worry. Please stay on the page. We'll start the meeting within a couple of minutes of the scheduled start time.

Rules:

  • Men only.

  • You are over 18.

  • You must be based in the UK.

  • You must have signed up for a session of your own accord.

  • Your full name is not required during the session.

  • Future sessions may be sent directly to your email address.

  • A camera is not required.

  • There will be an open male group chat. No private messages.

  • Trolls, abuse, and harassment will be removed instantly.

  • Future updates may be sent directly to your email address.

  • You will not record any part of the sessions.

  • You must not share anything from the sessions on social platforms.

  • You must not turn on your mic unless you are requested to.

  • Be a good bloke to everyone else

  • Be on time. We cannot admit anyone after 18:20
