Alex Williams will be covering simple ways to reframe situations, challenge unhelpful thinking, and see things with more clarity.

This isn’t about theory. It’s about understanding what’s actually going on and hearing real experiences.

ABout Alex Williams

Alex is a Registered Mental Health Nurse with over 20 years’ experience in the NHS and currently works as a Senior Mental Health Practitioner in Primary Care.

Alongside his NHS work, Alex provides private one-to-one support for people struggling with their mental and emotional health and delivers talks on building resilience following adversity.

Alex also draws on his own lived experience. After losing his mum to murder when he was eight and growing up in an abusive household, he brings both professional knowledge and personal understanding to conversations around mental health, resilience and coping with difficult experiences.
