MANUP? Street Talks | Camden Market

  • Camden Market 54-56 Camden Lock Place London, England, NW1 8AF United Kingdom (map)

Join MANUP? as we head into Camden Market to speak directly with men and the people around them about mental health.

No stage. No presentations. No experts telling people what they should think.

Just real conversations.

We'll be asking simple but important questions:

  • What does mental health mean to you?

  • What has genuinely helped you through difficult times?

  • What advice never worked?

  • Why do some men struggle to ask for help?

  • What do services, charities and society get right?

  • What do they get wrong?

At MANUP?, we believe one of the biggest mistakes in mental health is talking about men without listening to men.

That's why we take our cameras to the streets.

These conversations help us better understand the challenges men face, whilst also giving men a platform to share their experiences in their own words. The stories, opinions and insights gathered help shape our work and contribute to wider conversations about men's mental health across the UK.

Some conversations will be challenging. Some will be inspiring. Some may completely change the way we think.

All of them matter.

The footage captured may be used across MANUP?'s website, social media channels, podcasts and awareness campaigns to help amplify the voices of men and encourage more open conversations around mental health.

If you see us in Camden, come and say hello.

Because before we can help men, we need to listen to them.
