MANUP? THERAPY SESSION 2: MENTAL RESILIENCE

  • MANUP? Crockatt Road Ipswich, England, IP7 6RH United Kingdom (map)

Join us for the second session of MANUP? Therapy's no-cost, 12-week series dedicated to every man in pursuit of strength not just of body, but of mind and spirit. 'Mental Resilience' invites you to uncover the fortitude within, freely accessible to any man willing to forge a more resilient self.

On the 25th of April 2024, from 18:15 to 19:15, James Elliott (MSc) leads you through the resilient mind's architecture. James, a synthesis of academia and real-world experience, offers not just theories but practiced wisdom on constructing mental resilience. Through interactive discussion, you'll dissect the MIND method—an innovative approach to developing a psyche that can withstand adversity and bounce back stronger.

This session is as much about listening as it is about participating, and your level of engagement is entirely in your hands. Whether you wish to remain anonymous or share your journey, the platform is yours to use as you need. Cameras off, real names aside, what matters here is the camaraderie and collective growth.

The rules are simple but pivotal: Click the link to join via Zoom, group chat is our communal fireplace for discussion, and private messaging is off to maintain focus and confidentiality.

By the end of this session, you'll have not only expanded your understanding of resilience but also equipped yourself with practical, actionable strategies to build it. MANUP? Therapy is about facilitating real change, real growth, and real resilience—all without any financial commitment.
