How you see yourself can influence how confident you feel, the decisions you make, and how you respond when things don't go to plan. But both confidence and identity can change over time.
This men-only session, led by James Elliott MSC, brings confidence and identity together in a simple, practical way. Understanding who you are, what shapes your self-belief, and how your sense of identity can affect the way you show up in everyday life.
This is not about pretending to be confident or having your whole life figured out. It's about understanding yourself better, recognising what might be holding you back, and developing a stronger foundation to move forward.
