On Saturday 21 November 2026, we’ll be joining Franc in Felixstowe for a 5K run in support of men’s mental health.
This isn’t a MANUP? event. It’s something Franc has organised, and we’re getting behind it because Franc is one of our own.
Franc first came to MANUP? through our MANUP? Mountain camps and has since shared his story with us on camera. Over that time, we’ve watched him make some pretty significant changes to his life. He’s put the work in, challenged himself and kept moving forward.
So when he told us he was organising a 5K, we wanted to support him.
There’s no pressure to be a serious runner. Run it, jog it, walk bits of it if you need to. The point is to turn up, get moving and support a bloke who has shown what can happen when someone decides to make a change.
