Men & Your Confidence with James Elliott MSc (Online)

  • MANUP? (2nd Floor) 10 Great Colman Street Ipswich, England, IP4 2AD United Kingdom (map)

A lot of men think confidence means being loud, outgoing, or having it all together.
Most of the time, it’s just a front.

This men-only session with James Elliott MSc looks at what confidence actually is, and why so many men feel like they’re lacking it.

Confidence isn’t something you’re born with.
It’s built through understanding yourself, your reactions, and how you handle situations.

This session breaks down why confidence drops, how it gets knocked, and how to build it back in a way that actually lasts.

These sessions are practical, straight-talking, and built around real conversations with other men.
