Men & Your Trauma with James Elliott MSc (Online)

  • MANUP? (2nd Floor) 10 Great Colman Street Ipswich, England, IP4 2AD United Kingdom (map)

Most men don’t talk about trauma.
They get on with it, push it down, and carry the weight without really knowing what it’s doing to them.

This men-only session with James Elliott MSc looks at how past experiences shape your reactions, behaviour, and mindset, even if you think you’ve moved on.

Trauma isn’t always obvious.
It can show up as anger, shutting down, overthinking, or always being on edge.

This session isn’t about dragging everything back up.
It’s about understanding what’s underneath your reactions so you can deal with it in a healthier way.

These sessions are practical, straight-talking, and built around real conversations with other men.
