We’ve been invited to run a private online session for staff at the Ministry of Justice – one of the UK’s largest employers, with more than 85,000 staff working across prison services, probation, courts, policing and more.
The aim? To challenge the outdated idea that supporting men’s mental health means telling them to cry or talk on command. That message isn’t working – and we’ve been asked to help explain why.
This invite-only session will highlight:
Why many men stay silent, even in crisis
How well-meaning advice can miss the mark
What practical, real-world support actually looks like
How frontline staff and leadership teams can create environments where men can help themselves, not feel judged
We’re proud to be shaping this conversation inside one of the most high-pressure, male-dominated sectors in the UK. It's proof that change doesn’t start with slogans – it starts with listening.
This session is not open to the public but is part of our wider commitment to helping organisations support men in a way that actually works.
