your body & mental health with James Elliott MSc (Online)

  • MANUP? Zoom (2nd Floor) 10 Great Colman Street Ipswich, England, IP4 2AD United Kingdom (map)

Your body and mental health are closely connected. The way we sleep, eat, move, recover and look after ourselves can have a real impact on how we think, feel and cope with everyday life. At the same time, stress, anxiety and low mood can affect how we feel physically and how we take care of ourselves.

This men-only session with James Elliott MSc explores the relationship between physical health and mental wellbeing, and why looking after one can have a positive impact on the other.

Looking after your health isn't about having the perfect diet, spending hours in the gym or completely changing your lifestyle overnight. It's about understanding what your body and brain need, recognising the habits that can help or hinder you, and making realistic changes that support all your overall health.

These sessions are practical, straight-talking, and built around real conversations with other men.
