Men & Healthy relationships with James Elliott MSc (Online)

  • MANUP? Zoom (2nd Floor) 10 Great Colman Street Ipswich, England, IP4 2AD United Kingdom (map)

Relationships can have a big impact on how we feel, think and behave. Whether it's with a partner, family member, friend or colleague, healthy relationships require communication, trust, boundaries and mutual respect. Knowing how to build and maintain those relationships can make a real difference to your wellbeing.

This men-only session with James Elliott MSc looks at what makes a relationship healthy, how our own behaviours can affect the people around us, and how we can develop stronger and more positive connections with others.

Healthy relationships aren't about avoiding conflict or always getting along. They're about learning how to communicate, set boundaries and work through difficult moments in a constructive way.

This session explores how relationships work, why we can fall into unhealthy patterns, and practical ways men can build stronger, more respectful and more supportive relationships.

These sessions are practical, straight-talking, and built around real conversations with other men.
