Men & managing emotions with James Elliott MSc (Online)

  • MANUP? Zoom (2nd Floor) 10 Great Colman Street Ipswich, England, IP4 2AD United Kingdom (map)

Life can bring a lot of emotions. Anger, frustration, stress, disappointment and anxiety can all build up, particularly when you're trying to keep everything together. Learning to manage your emotions isn't about ignoring them or pretending you're fine. It's about understanding what's happening and knowing what to do with those feelings.

This men-only session with James Elliott MSc looks at what emotional regulation really means, and how you can recognise, understand and manage your emotions without letting them take over.

Managing emotions isn't about bottling things up.
It's about learning to respond rather than simply react.

This session breaks down how emotions work, why certain situations can trigger strong reactions, and practical ways men can manage difficult emotions more effectively.

These sessions are practical, straight-talking, and built around real conversations with other men.

What to expect

  • A relaxed, confidential online environment

  • Practical conversations rather than lectures

  • No pressure to speak or share

  • Support from an experienced facilitator
