Having a sense of purpose and direction can have a big impact on how we feel, think and behave. When life feels like it's simply about getting through the next day, it can be easy to lose sight of what matters to us, where we're going and what we actually want from life.
This men-only session with James Elliott MSc looks at what gives our lives meaning, how we develop a sense of purpose, and why having direction can make such a difference to our wellbeing and motivation.
Purpose isn't about having everything figured out or having a five-year plan. It's about understanding what matters to you, recognising what you want your life to stand for, and taking steps towards a life that feels meaningful.
This session explores how our values, choices, goals and experiences shape our sense of direction, and practical ways men can start creating more clarity about where they're heading.
These sessions are practical, straight-talking, and built around real conversations with other men.
